The small town of Nashigawa stands alone in rural Japan. The fast age of technology and science has bypassed this town, isolating it from the modern world. Here reside people used to a slow-paced life where tradition is held over things like the latest gadget.
However, Nashigawa is more than an isolated town.
In the race of modern life, many people have forgotten the old stories and folklore that captivated their ancestors. There is no room in their fast-paced lives for the spirits and demons of old. But these spirits are real; forgetting about them doesn't make them disappear. They have gathered together, fleeing the cities with their 24-hour activity, for places just like Nashigawa.
Here, life is like it used to be. Here, the ghost stories go on.
