after avery got well enough after being bitten, his father briskly disowned him. it's his worst memory ever. he can't stand to think about it. the look of pain across his mother's face as his dad spoke, and the twist of disgust that was formed onto liam's face. his father looked at him like he was some sort of wild animal, and it was horrible. it hurts him to think that his good ol' dad could hate him so much, and to think of how hurt and sad his mom was at the time.
