THE HOUSES OF HOGWARTSyou might belong in gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart, their daring, nerve, and chivalry, set gryffindors apart; you might belong in hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal, those patient hufflepuffs are true and unafraid of toil; or yet in wise old ravenclaw, if you've a ready mind, where those of wit and learning, will always find their kind; or perhaps in slytherin, you'll make your real friends, those cunning folks use any means to achieve their ends. typically very loyal friends and companions. they would do anything for a friend, even face their fears. they tend to be stubborn and strong minded, and brave at heart - just like the sorting hat's song. they may not fully excel at their studies, but they tend to pass pretty well. gryffies usually have very good friends that stick with them through it all and through out the rest of their lives. hufflepuffs tend to be the ones that don't really fit into any of the other houses. while this is true, huffies tend to be brutally honest and truthful, and tend to make the best prefects and head boys & girls. though this is indeed a stereotype. hufflepuff is really just a hodge podge of personalities and people. (: ravenclaws are usually extremely intelligent in one particular subject, or many. they are usually strong of mind and heart, and are very committed people who enjoy being with a book as much as they enjoy being with a fiend. they usually excel at school and have long term and short term goals. slytherins are always called sneaky, and cunning, and bad people. this isn't all true. sure, there are those in slytherin, but that's not just who they are. slythies tend to be pure blooded, no matter their personalities. being in the slytherin house tends to run in blood lines, like how most blacks and lestranges and malfoys are in slytherin. half bloods and some muggle borns are indeed in this house as well, but it's majorly purebloods, no matter the personality.
